When we print the document in batch from Document Printing we are using in PDF Writer. The PDF writer creating a document with the today's date. A user suppose to press "OK" manually document by document and this will drop the documents, becuase we have the same date.

How can we resolve this?

Thanks,

Olga

I defined the default printer as Adobe writer. In document printing I have 10 documents to print.

When I press on "Print" it is forcing me to press on "Save" per document. Is it possible to save the documents automatically?

Is it possible to change the PDF name to the date and document number by default. Currently we have to change the PDF name manually

Thanks,

Olga

This is default behavior by Windows. There is nothing you can do within B1. You may google the options from the web to find the possible solution.

Hi

That is not possible, logically if u have many document on same date then u will confuse, so it user choices SAP provide a user name to save a document.

Thanks

Olga,

I am not quite sure what is the meaning of this sentence:

A user suppose to press "OK" manually document by document and this will drop the documents, because we have the same date.

Thanks,
