is it possible to create a tcode of a standard table ????

Hello experts ,

user does not hav authorisations to SE16 and they have requested us to create tcodes of different tables .

i can create this in se91 by skipping the initial screen of se16 and passing data to se16 .

but my question is if use does not have authorisation of se16 would he be able to c the table contents .

if not what are the other options i have to perform this .

plz guide me .

Creating a table maintenance generator would be the simplest method.
