What could be the reason to have red status for cleanup logs job in db13. In which direction to look for?

Thank you Eric for your quick answer. I wander what did you mean by log tab. Actaually I have only "Action details"(which is the same as double click on "Cleanup Logs").

There the only info I get is Status:"sheduling failed"(beside corresponding times)

ok then, delete the job in DB13 and re-create it. This will in turn re-create the job in SM37.

Hi

Please let us knw if any other entry in the Job log besides the error mentioned.

Scheduling failed ; means the Batch job could not get scheduled ;

check for free BTC processes available at that time in the SAP System ; if still issue comes, check SM21 Log

many reasons are possible...

If using Netweaver:

double-click on the RED entry in DB13,

click on the JOB LOG tab.

With WebAS and previous versions:

click once on the RED entry in DB13,

click on the JOB LOGS button
