We have an app using the Crystal .NET from VS 2003.
Crystal Reports prints in Vista, but client upgraded to Windows 7 recently and gets an error when trying to print. I have obtained the following infro from the event log:
Log Name: Application Source: Crystal Reports Date: 10/30/2009 1:12:32 AM Event ID: 10029 Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Kircher Description: Either the Keycode library is not registered with COM, or it cannot be loaded. Have tried an uninstall/reinstall on his machine; does not work.
At my office, I have installed our application in a virtual Machine that has Windows 7 and that DOES work.
Any thoughts?
What version of Crystal Reports? Only some versions support WIN 7. See [this|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567] wiki for details.
