Following T codes will be useful to create and execute appraisal template.
PHAP_CATALOG_PA with integrated transactions
1. OOHAP_BASIC - Make basic settings for appraisal template.
2. OOHAP_VALUE_TYPE - Make settings for categories
PHAP_PREPARE_PA Create several appraisal documents. Prepare several appraisal documents using a wizard or using organizational units.
PHAP_CREATE_PA Create an individual appraisal document.
PHAP_CHANGE_PA Change appraisal document. Change previously created appraisal documents, for example, add or delete objectives.
PHAP_SEARCH_PA Run evaluations or reports (only display function). Create ranking lists, export documents to Microsoft Excel, use analysis tool.
PHAP_ADMIN_PA Execute administrator functions. Find and unlock any locked appraisal documents, check Customizing settings, display overview of existing BAdIs and relevant implementations, reset status, perform post processing, prepare templates and documents, execute further administrative functions.
