Hi We are loading data to master data 0Material,I can see 1610243 from 1610243 in Monitor. But in Manage option the added records are 0.Its already more than 10 hours.status is still incompleted.

Here is details I can see in status Tab:

Request still running

Diagnosis

No errors found. The current process has probably not finished yet.

System Response

The ALE inbox of BI is identical to the ALE outbox of the source system

or

the maximum wait time for this request has not yet been exceeded

or

the background job has not yet finished in the source system.

Current status

Update rules

Can any one hlep me what is this to understand.

Thanks,

Vasu

Hi Vaasu,

Check in Tcode WE02 any IDOCs are pending with the status 51,if they are there then process them manually in BD87 tcode.

If you do not see any IDOCs pending, then

Just kill the load and repeat it, hope it solves.

I am not finding any Idoc with status as 51.

If I kiil the job do I need to shcedule it again and again it takes very long time.

Requests (messages): Everything OK

Extraction (messages): Errors occurred

Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred

Processing (data packet): Errors occurred

This is what I can see it in the dtails tab.

Vaasu,

Did you repeat the load or not? If not just repeat it, cause sometimes the job must be hanging in source system.

Otherwise take Request number from the monitor and goto ECC system-- SM37-- give prefix * and the Request number and execute it, it will show the background job running in the source system. Check the logs for that.

I think if you repeat the load, issue will be resolved.
