Connection between DMS and SolMan

Dear All,

we searching for a comfortable solution to connect DMS and SolMan.

our system scenario:

SolMan System

Netweaver 7.0

Solution Manager 7.0

DMS System

ECC 6.0

Client

EasyDMS 7.0

So in future the DMS has to maintain all SolMan documents. A suitable method is needed to check in documents from SolMan to DMS.

Furthermore we need a connection between the SolMan tickets and the DMS documents which belong to them.

How we can manage this? Has anyone some hints for us?

As far as i understand your request, DMS would not fit your needs sinds the management of the docs is already taken care off: a clean connection to content server does:

setup the contentserver , connect via OAC0, make sure this works

create "repository's" on the content server

In OAC3 you can alter the the objects you need towards your newly recreated repository.

You will have to check wich objects you want to transfer ( don't have a sapsystem handy right now)

There are also notes to migrate from 1 CR to another.
