SRM Digital Signature

Hi,

I have activate digital signature for RFQ but I can't see any DS screen apper when creating RFQ. Pls help.

Created on purchase orders sent to suppliers

Created on contracts sent to suppliers

Received on bids

why do you require digital signature for Bid Inviatation ?

we require only for only vendor bid right ? not for bid invitation

Yes. I have set it to Mandatory but still not working. Do I need to do any other settings?

when digital signature screen appears when user submits a document right?

did you select MANDATORY ? against RFQ in that node.

trans type - Description- trans cat- Desc- Signature cong (MANDATORY )
