Overdeliv. Tol in PO

Hi,

Since users are miss using the Overdeliv. Tol in PO, I want to restrict by setting some tolerence and keep it in display mode.

an solution other then setting tolerence in material master.

Hi

In purchsaing value key you set the tolerance and assign it to Material master and do not give authorisation to MM02.

Then follow the below steps...

Goto IMG>MM>Purchasing>Purchase order>Define doc type> Field selection ( NBF for std)

Then go to

Goto IMG>MM>Purchasing>Purchase order>define screen layout at doc level>NBF details> Select Field selection GR/IR control

here you make tick in Display only for the over delivery tolerance.

It is working fine for me

Hi ,

Give the delivery tolerance in PIR ( purchasing info record ) , then it will automatically pick the value of this delivery tolerance in PO .

Dear Supriya,

1) You can make the field as Out put only in SHD0

2) so user cannot edit it
