Hi All,
We are using solman in our project just for storing the documents.
We also want to use solution mangaer for handling the post go live isues. Can some body help as to how to go about it (in terms of links or documents).

Service Desking can be used for logging/tracking/reporting on issues.
Have a look at issue management as well.
