Issue: Unable to pull CONTACT_PERSON from 0CRM_ERMS_ITEMS into BI

Hi,

We have a requirement to extract data from 0CRM_ERMS_ITEMS extractor into BI. We are able to pull the data for all the fields of this data source except CONTACT_PERSON field.When checked in R/3 using RSA3 Tcode found that this field is already populated. But, blank in the PSA.

While analysing this we made this field available for the selection in the infopackage. Thereafter, specified the values and extracted data. We were able to extract data successfully but this field remained blank.

Can you all please suggest how can this issue be resolved? Is any one able to extract this in BI?

Can you check the Transfer rules/Transformations whether this field is mapped or not?

The field is properly mapped. No issues with the transformations, data for that field is blank in PSA itself. Also, we are using BI 7.0.

Please suggest how can this issue will be resolved?
