ESI Deduction not happenening for employee hired on 15.10.2009

Hi experts

ESI deduction not happeneing on employee hired on 15.10.2009 even though all the pre-requesties has been done.

But it is not coming only production server but in test server ESI deduction happening without problem

anyone throw lights on this issue
