mass deletion of customers

Hi everyone,

Is there a T-code for mass deletion/blocking of customers. Currently, we use XD05 and XD06 but with this, customers are blocked one-by-one.

GOTO tcode MASS, select the object type as KNA1 and excute, then in the next screen select the table KNA1 and pick on fields tab, search for field AUFSD, select that field and excute system will take you to an input screen where you can enter the customer codes. Enter the customer code and then excute system will take you to one more screen where you can enter the customer block, afterwhich press on "CARRY OUT MASS CHANGE' icon, system will automatically apply the delivery block for all the customer codes.

Hi,

What you can do is create a LSMW with XD06 transaction, & feed all your customer numbers from Excel to that LSMW.

That will be easier than doing one by one.
