piuchase order delivery address

Hi

In the purchase order delivery address tab, Tax jurisdiction code field is visible in the DEV system and it is not available in PRODUCTION system.

can any pleasse tell me where I need to check this filed settings.

Dear,

Kindly check your Transport request which you have transported in Production server.

There must be some inconsistency in transporting that request in PRD client.

I didn't transport any request to production.

Now I need to change the address, and I noticed this difference.

so i am asking this field how to make visible.

Dear,

First of all if you want to see the Juridiction code in Delivery address Tab: Click on Adress details button in Delivery address Tab...there you c an see Juridiction code.

Second thing if at all you want to make change in Juridiction code , then you have to first of all then you have to change in development Client, then same you have to transport in PRD client.

Go to DEV client then go to Tcode OX10....double click on plant...click on adress button...Here you change the Juridiction code and save it, it will ask 1 TR...Now release and transport same TR to PRD with help of BASIS guy...

Now you can find this field visible in PRD client.

Third Thing...

After doing all above steps if still you are unable to see it, then kindly check if any screen variants are made or not..Check same with ABAPER.

Hi,

Spro>Materials Management>Purchasing>Purchase Order>Define Document Types

Here check the "Field Selection Key" against the PO doc type

(ex: Standard NB doc type the "Field Selection Key" would be "NBF")

Then go to

Spro>Materials Management>Purchasing>Purchase Order>Define Screen Layout at Document Level

Select the " Field Selection Key" of ur doc type..Just Double click on that

then click on "Reference data, item", there you can see the "Delivery address" field & check Jurisdiction field.

against that field you can see three options, Reqd.entry Opt. entry Display...

Here tick the field "Opt. entry", So that You can get this field in Change mode in ME21N trx...

Check in the Same field selection for Taxjurisdtiction field...

there will be optional / required / Display option against each field..

If you won't tick anything then the Field will not be visible..

You need to find the filed & make it optional as per my earlier reply..

Please understand my question.

address details maintained for the plant including Tax jurisdiction code.

same address is in KRD and KRP Maintained including this Tax jurisdiction code.

present status : KRP : TAX Juridiction code not showing in the delivery address tab ( remaining fields available )

KRD : It is showing.

Now I need to change only street and postal code, before that I observed this difference.

I need to find out the root casue for this difference, then only I wll do the new changes.

if any one tell me the root casue for this difference and I know how to change plant address and how to transport.

I think my question is clear now.

Dear,

In that case check your Tax settings are propery maintained in KRP or not.

Check in spro-Financial Accounting (New)-Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)-Tax on Sales/Purchases-Basic Settings-Define Tax Jurisdictions.

Check whether your Tax Jurisdictions is maintained here or not.

Also check Tcode FTXP :

Country Key

Tax Code

Tax Jurisdiction

Valid from

is assigned properly or not.
