HI People, I have a situation, like this. My timesheet approval in MSS is working fine. We are using workflow task TS31000007. I can perform approvals and rejections perfectly fine. My query is in regards to resubmissions, I have noticed that if the manager selects resubmit for a time entry and save it rather than rejecting or approving, 1) the time entry remains in the same manager's worklist and the status of the record does not change at all. and 2) The initiator is not notified at all, If a record has been rejected for instance, the entry is marked with a bright red colour and a rejection notification is sent out. My question is there something missing in config and what it is, please provide the table names and required entries etc. Thank you in advance.
