mm and sd integration

We had a requirement of implementing SAP for an educational institute

Please guide me, what the mm and SD integrational aspects would be for an educational institute

my scenario is the courses would be conducted with a term of 3 weeks, 4 weeks and so on

the trainees would be provided with training manuals, these manuals were printed and provided by the firm

here what would be the material type

not only for this

how can material type DIEN - services used in this context -any suggestions on basic configuration

1. You could have mile stones for completion of various phases of education

2. Stock of materials related to Education

SD is integrated with MM via the 'materials" you are selling to the customer. When a sales order is created, the material master from MM is used. When the goods are ready for delivery, from SD module, they create delivery and post goods issuance which in turn posts GOODS issuance in MM.

If you are purchasing any unprinted/ printed stationery or any other educational material for your educational institute then you can use MM Module

If you are selling any unprinted/ printed stationery or any other educational material for your educational institute then you can use SD Module.
