Full Quantity Picking from a Single Bin

Hi,

Our Business Scenarios expects to pick a Material by FIFO logic but pick from a Single Bin that satisfies the Full Requirement in the Delivery.

Eg:

Bin# Qty GR Date

-

---

Bin1 60 Jan'09

Bin2 1 Feb'09

Bin3 100 Mar'09

Bin4 80 Apr'09

Bin5 100 May'09

Case 1: Stock Removal Strategy - F; Delivery Qty - 61 PC

In this case the TO is created by picking 60 & 1 PC from Bin1 & Bin2 respectively as per FIFO logic.

In this case the business requirement is to pick full 61 PC from 1 Single Bin and we would like to pick it from Bin3, as this the FIFO Bin that can satisfy the full requirement

I tried to make use of Stock Removal Strategy - A (Partial Qty First & Standard Unit Qty) as said below in Case 2 & 3. But this also does not suit our requirement. Do you have a solution or user exit for this scenarios to be handeled.

In this case the TO is created by picking 100, 100 & 1 PC from Bin3, Bin5 & Bin1 respectively as per Standard Qty first & then Partial Qty.
