How to add Tile in groups in hana studio?

But when I open a group and click (Add tile) in the content area, it only shows No catalogs to display,

I've already create a catalog followed this , and activated it , not working, any idea?

Now I only get empty groups, add tile in runtime flp, but I should do this for every user, is there any more convenient way?
