mistake in conversion

Dear all,

While transferring to SAP we had to do a couple of conversions of documents. By mistake we uploaded version "A" after version "B" so now "A" is the current version though it should be "B".

We can't change the version to "C" due to firm policy.

Do any of you have an idea as to how to change the current version to "B"?

Dear Eti

Delete all the documents from the Server.

Then create again .

Dear Mangesh Pande,

The problem is that the documents (version "B") were already assigned to routing cards , BOM's and production orders. We can't delete all the connections that were made.

Any idea???

When you say version, do you mean DMS document version or do you mean content version? If content version, why can't you just mark the prior content version as the current version?

The document version was updated in DMS.
