What does activity 77( Pre-enter) allow user to do in FI ? Also, how can we see possible values for Auth group in auth object F_BKPF_BEK,f_bkpf_bes

You need activity 77 to park a FI document, and the object you refer is to give authorizations for posting on particular vendor accounts. this is the value you would get from LFA1 table
