BEX BROADCASTING WITH WEBTEMPLATE

Hi,

We are trying to broadcast a web template from Enterprise portal in our dev system,. We are seeing the send jobs in SOST transaction is sucesful with message no 73. But we are not receiving any mail.

We have checked in SCOT transaction, There also queu has been cleared. Can you al pls let me know where it can be missed out.
