Unable to create multiple Quotations under RFQ (Tendering process)

Hi,

I am fairly new in SAP TM. I wanted to create multiple quotations under an RFQ (Tendering request) . Once I Submit&Save a quotation against an RFQ, the status is as "Open". But, when I try to edit the RFQ to create another Quotation, it doesn't allow me.

But I can create multiple Quotations from the Portal by clicking on "Create Freight Quotation"->"Accept" dropdown. But in this option, I cannot specify any Price or Submit Dates, as it is an "Accept without changes" .

I tried creating Quotations through program (using BOPF ), it is getting saved in the backend, but it is not getting shown under the RFQ in the UI. Is this a standard behavior ?

Is there a way we can create and save multiple quotations whereby user can specify submitted price and date each time ?

Dear Deepu,

Please check and confirm whether the carrier has refreshed the portal or not after the RFQ Status remained open. If yes, it might be that the response hasn't been evaluated in the back end.

If a quotation is sent to the back end, the response can be evaluated in two ways:

First, you can schedule the report /SCMTMS/TEND_CONT_PROCESS to run frequently. (~5-10 minutes)

Secondly, you can maintain a quotation evaluation user:
Transaction SPRO -> SAP Transportation Management -> Transportation Management -> Freight Order Management -> Tendering -> Define General Settings for Tendering. Here, open the "07 - Default Settings" folder and assign a quotation evaluation user.
Ensure the user has the necessary authorization to run the evaluation task.

Once the user is assigned, the quotations should be evaluated in real time.
