Validation for Fi document

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to perform a validation in the T.code FB01 .

This Validation should be executed if the value of the field FSTAG 'field status group' inT.code FS00 has value = 'E001' .

As I know this field will be saved in the DB SKB1,

is it possible to do this validation ..
