Rebate Final Settlement

Hi mates

Can anybody help me in doing final settlement in Rebate?

Hi karthik,

For Final settlement you have to follow the below steps:

1. Create Agreement

2. Create sales order

3. Create Delivery

4. Create Billing Document

5. Release Billing document to Accounting

6. Go to VBO2 Rebate Agreemtn change

here you have to select Agreement status as B then save the agreement again goto VBO2 click on Final Settlement Icon

the system generate the Credit Memo Request No. save the agreement

7. Goto VA02 remove the billing block and enter the Order reason for example rebate or discount

8. create the Credit memo with the reference to Credit memo Request

9. Release the Credit memo to Accounting.

Iam getting the error "The sales volume for agreement 30 is not current" i have made synchronizing in OMO1 transactionm for S136.guide me what i have to do.

Hi

Goto Tcode: SE38

1. her enter Programme - SDBONT06 then clik on Execute Buttion or press F8

2. here Enter your Agreement No

3. enter Validity end date

4. Enter your Sales Organization

5. Enter posting date

then click on execute button or press F8 the billing document will update then you can do the final settlement

Still iam facing the problem.is it anything related to that i have changed the info structure S136 from NO updating to Synchronous updating in transactiom code OMO1.

Check thoroughly what u have changed

and go through that link what i have sent you and run that program SDBONT06 in se38 you will get the answer

Hi

go to transaction VBOF.

Enter your Rebate agreement number and remove the activation from the "TEST" check box below, then execute.

Now, go to VBO2 and open your Rebate agreement.

If still not updated then completely log 0ff once and log on agian, you will find it is updated now and no error.

even now iam facing the same issue.I took a customer who is never processed for rebate.at that time iam able to make final settlement and hadn't nay problem.But when i processed the same customer again for rebate iam not facing any problem during partial settlement but when i try to do Final settlement iam facing the error "Sales volume not current for agreement in rebate"

Kindly help me

Hi,

Did you check Your Agreement type:

1. Goto Tcode VB(2 and check there in settlement section Final settlement B1 and settlement status B is maintained or not

if not try to maintain it then try it again

Hi,

We have to do final settlement on last date of the Rebate agreement validity end date or at the end of the rebate agreement.

If we try to do final settlement before the valididty date system will give error message. Until then we can process manual settlement.

Yes iam following same way.But still have the issue
