Hi Experts,

I need help in creating an test environment for sap b1 for that i need to apply patch level 43.,But i don't know where to find it as have tried market place its showing from 44 to 50 patch but i need patch 43.Apart from that i have patch 43 but its from different client can i use it on the test server, while trying it, again its asking for license server what license do i need for test server.

Please guide me where can i find the patch and what thing i should take care where simulation the test environment.

Hi.

Sure, you can use the same PL 43 installation files in your test environment.

About the license file for the test license server, after you have completety installed the test environment with SB1 Server Tools, you have to request a temp license file with the new Hardware Key generated (in test environment). You will find that HK in Server Tools, License Server properties.

If you don´t have any virtual environment, yet, you could consider to use SUN Virtual Box ()
