ITS : Double Login in WEBGUI

Hi, we have a ECC6.0, and we are using WEBGUI for the most of SAP users. Sometimes, for some users, when a user try a have a connection, he got a prompted screen that he has already a connection to SAP system.

But after a check, the user never login into the system, and it was the first time, a call is opened at SAP Support but no answer till now, SAP ask to simulate this case, but it's randomly ...

In system logs there's some error (sm21) type is "DP" "Request (type DIA) cannot be processed".

For example when the user try to login at 09:30, he got a message that he's logged on SAP at 09:15, and in the log file at 09:15 we have the error (sm21) type "DP" as shown before.

I think that WEBGUI connection process try to check based on a TASK-ID or PID and when this ID is already present, the login process suppose that the user is already logged in...hope it's clear...and waiting for your advise...
