After running the trial balance , print layout was ok .

But in that i need some modifications , I want the BP name in ascending order while trial balance run based on BP.

similarly I want the G/L code in ascending order while trial balance run based on GL.Only in the PLD .

Kavitha,

The PLD template that you is going to be used the is one that is SET AS DEFAULT. If you want the PLD to have different behavior depending on the selection you need to have 2 different PLD's and each one for each selection criteria.

You set the corresponsing template as default as per selection.

The system cannot be made to dynamically change the sorting based on your seleciton.

The sorting you mentioned would default setting in the system PLD, at least in our version. What have you got at present?
