Hi Ayyaps,

I presume you're using Positive time recording, hence the payroll will be calculated based on whether the employee come in full time of his/her planned working time.

Try to further check on your schema TC00 - Time Eval. Schema in your payroll, and see whether inside there you have some proration calculation or maybe it generate time wage type there.

Eddy

Hi Eddy,

Again the settings inside schema TC00 is as follows:

    • This schema is for the daily or

    • monthly generation of wage types

MOD TMOD GEN Groupings for T510S, T555Z

EINI End initialization/period

BDAY Day processing

IF GWT Not if full-day absence without WT

BLOCK BEG Provide time data

ACTIO TD00 Do not import breaks in overtime

P2000 EVER N Generate planned pair/provide daily WS

P2001 12 Provide absence data of the day

P2002 1 Provide attendance data of the day

A2003 Process work center substitution

P2005 1 Provide overtime data of the day

BLOCK END *********************************

BLOCK BEG Determine planned working times

TIMTP * Assign TType to time pair acc. to T555Z

PBRKS 1 Eval. break end inc. abs. bfr/aftr break

KNTAG Determine indicator for core night work

BLOCK END *********************************

BLOCK BEG Select time wage types

DAYMO 01 02 02 02 Set day grouping for T510S

GWT S DZL Wage type selection for planned work

GWT M ZML Wage type selection for overtime

BLOCK END *********************************

BLOCK BEG Store time wage types

POVT TC00 GEN Store overtime wage types

PRINT NP DZL Day results: WAGE TYPES

PRINT C1 Day results: COST DISTRIBUTION

PRINT ALP Day results: ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT

CUMBT Store time wage types for day

What is the time management status on infotype 7 for that employee?

If he is an hourly or salaried non exempt employee,it should be maintained as 1 (Or Time evlauation based on the actual times)

Hi,

In ur Payroll check ur Partail Factoring if it on the Calendar days or waorkdays or any other constant. This is the main reason and nothing from time has to be done unless u have a time wage type for the working hrs.

Thanks

Hi,

From ur question first thing

    • Employee is Hourly Paid employee if yes then Basic Pay the hourly rate is mantained with the hrs.

    • Next do u have partial Factoring which is common as to how ur Payroll processing takes places which indicates that is it on calendar days(31 or 30 or 28) or working days or Working Hrs(IT0007).

Or u have a time wage types for planned hrs and this is valuated for payment.

Let us know what process ur using for PY calculation.

Thanks

Swati
