Hi Experts ,
I have a use case where we need to configure the suppression rules .
There are three types of campaign
A
B
C
D
and in terms of priority of campaign A>B>C>D(Its not priority field , its basically for business campaign A is highest priority)
Suppression Rules that needs to configured
Total no of mails per week 2
1.if already total no of mail sent to customer is already 2(B and C) but now campaign A is going to be executed and its highest priority then , system should be able to send that.
2.if already total no of mail sent to customer is already 2(B and C) but now campaign D is going to be executed and its lowest priority then , system should be able to suppress that.

Hi Rashmi,
I think it should be possible by configuring 2 suppression rules using a custom field called "Business Campaign Priority" and then consume it in Suppression Rule. Make sure field is marked for "Suppression Rule" in UI & Reports tab.
Thanks
Saurabh

Hi Saurabh,
In suppression we can get current priority . Problem i am facing is in combining it with 2 mails per week component . I have to check simultaneously
1.first is checking the no of mails sent in last week and if this is less then 2 , then skip completely the suppression.
2.If it is more then 2 then check the current priority and compare it with last 2 priority and it is more send that.
We can get last interaction in specified no days .how to get no of mails sent?

Rashmi
