Hi Sunitha,
Adding to what all our Gurus have mentioned, also check out what would be the number range for varied OM Objects.....
Kapil has mentioned a good point about using Mass upload.....have a good look at the SAP Standard Transaction RHALDT00 (last two are Zeroes)
Good Luck !!!

Hi,
its depends on the size of org structure. Simple one you can create mannually but for large org structures you have to look for uploading om objects .
First map the OM objects organizational units, Positions, Jobs, first and later u can do lsmw or bdc to upload them in one shoert to have an org structure , you shuold have toi be specific while uploading relation infotype for all the objects.

Hi Suneeta,
First plan your Top org, sub orgs, jobs and positions.
Go to Tcode PPOCE give the validity date
Here an Organization will be defaulted, you change the name as your top org and fill the relevant fields from the below given tabs
Select the top org and click the create button, the system will ask whether you want to create a sub org or a position in the selected org, now proceed as per your need. If you have selected a positon the fill all the relevent field in the below tabs.
To create a job go to Edit in the menu bar and select create Jobs. Once Job is created assign the Job to the Position by selecting the position.
In PPOCE the relationships will be assigned automatically so this is the better way to create an org plan.
Hope it helps,
Cheers.

Hi Sunitha,
Start with creating Org units first as per the chart u currently have.
Next With jobs, next postions and assign the jobs to positions while creating them.
next you can assign the cost center either to the positon or the orgunit.
Then hire a person to the postion.
Dont forget to set all the relevant relationships (position and person, positon and orgunit, position with chief position etc)

First Identify wht all hirearchy you have and how it should be mappped in SAP
say for example
SAP AG will be your mother orgunit
SAP INDIA will be child
like that you have to biferucate the division of the organisations
First Orgunits next Jobs and later Positions
and Cost Center tooo
and regarding Persons you can have that object only when there is PA configuration Ready
First chck with this options
