Error in MyInbox Fiori -Content referencing is only allowed for changeset at once

When user is trying to Approve/Reject Purchase order from Standard my inbox application,"Content referencing is only allowed for changeset at once."- error is generated.

We did check in error log of ODATA Provisioning service as well as /iwbep/error_log in backend system.We are getting dump with same title(i.e Content referencing is only allowed for changeset at once. )
