PM Order - During order confirmation Components are not copying in Goods movement

Hello Experts,

We have created a maintenance order, assigned the components and and checked Back Flush Flag for them. While in material master it is already flagged.

After releasing this Order when we go for confirmation either IW41 or IW42 and click on goods movement. No component appear.

Even In IW42 - When we click on ''Operation Data", No component is appearing.

Then you have to set it "3 Immediately" manually for every component you want to backflush. I cannot see any other solution.

When we make setting as Immediate or on Release

PM->Maint and Service Processing -> Maint and Service Orders -> Functions and Settings for order types -> Define change documents, collective PR, MRP relevance

It creates the PR for Service Items. But we don't want to generate PR automatically.

So, - what is the way forward.

Your configuration for the reservation is incorrect. Either change from the components tab manually; It should be immediately or from release:

Or you can do the following customization for the orders generated later:

PM->Maint and Service Processing -> Maint and Service Orders -> Functions and Settings for order types -> Define change documents, collective PR, MRP relevance

Yes it is back flushed in Material master in MRP View.

Please check is the material ( Components) in the material master have the backflush indicator in the MRP view.
