Hi all,
When I create a sales order at VA01 or modificate it VA02, the transaction automatically creates a Delivery Number.
Anyone knows if it can be a USER-EXIT or it has a configuration to do this? Because for a diferente Plant, I don´t need a delivery then i need to block this automatic delivery creation.
Best Regards,
Ricardo
Hi
In VOV8 for your sales doc type ( i think in the shipping tab) check whether immediste delivery switch is activated or not
It should be blank
Then system will not create delivery up on saving the order
I create a sales order at VA01 or modificate it VA02,
the transaction automatically creates a Delivery Number.
This observation i think is wrong
System will create delivery if immediate delivery switch is actvated when you save the sales order in VA01 not while modifying it in VA02

Hi,
Check in Configs by using Tcode: VOV8 OR MENUPATH: IMG - SD - SALES - SALES DOCUMENT - SALES DOCUMENT
HEADER - DEFINE SALES DOCUMENT TYPES
1. Check on Sales Document - Shipping Section is there Delivery type BV and Immediate delivery type is maintained
If yes then remove and save the document then it again.

hi.
do as already said
this happens in case of Rush orders and Cash sales. in both the scenarios Delivery is created automatically when you save the sales order. for Rush Orders the delivery used is LF and for Cash sales its BV
the difference between Rush and Cash is that in CASH SALES the ivoice too is generated instantly..
if more query do revert
