BEx Broadcaster receiving Internal_Error during execute

Publishing a query through BEx Broadcaster and selecting Execute within Broadcaster to test the query. I am getting an error which is listed below. Thanks.

Hi Mary Jo,

What is the target of the broadcast? Is it user specific? have you tried to publish this query to your own folder in BIUserHome?

The report is set up through Broadcaster E-mail in the format of MHTML as a zip file. It is not user-specific and I choose this format for the user needs to open the file in Excel for reporting purposes.

I am not sure of how to publish the report to my own folder BIUserHome.

When I run the query in Analyzer I get the data. When I run the query through Web Designer to the browser I get data. Just when I set up the report in Broadcaster I am getting the error message below. The report does output in Broadcaster if I run it outputting only two months of data. But when I process the report through Broadcaster with all three months that is when I run into the error message. The total rows for output is 4000 so not sure if its my ID or what. Another user can output a Broadcaster report with 45,000 rows.

Here is the Navigation path to the broadcaster:

Business Explorer->BEx Broadcaster

Choose Query from the drop down box and click the "Open" button....select your query from the list.

Select the "Create New Setting" button.

In the 'Distribution Type" dropdown, choose "Broadcast to the Portal" Your user ID should be populated in the user field.

Fill in any variable values that are not defaulted and execute the query. The broadcaster will place a file in your folder, you can get to it via the My Portfolio link in the Second level navigation below Business Explorer.
