Hi,
In customizing Service Desk, can the full NOTIF_CREATE be generated when an end user selects, "Help --> Create Support Message" instead of the short "Create Message" with only "Component," "Short text," "Priority" and text field?

Hi Dan
Help->create support message is the only standard way of posting tickets in solman via satellite systems.
This is because key user are suppose to know or enter very few basic things which u have already mentioned.
Where as
notif_create is used by more advanced users/reporters who can make use of category and subject field etc......and this transaction exists only in Solman system.....
