Smarform printing label from Portrait to Landscape

We have a smartform printing label on zebra printer in format 4 inch per 6 inch and it work fine. We have tried to change page orientation from Portrait to Landscape and the printer did not make the rotation. Did we have something else to do?

Hi,

Also the printer settings must be changed from portrait to landscape.

Daniel,

When u change the page orientation from Portrait to Landscape then u need to change the page format also.. i.e from 46 to 64..

hai,

before you give your form to print arrange your forms according to the landscape format, increase or decrease the size of the windows according to the page, and not only that after converting into landscape if it is necessary change the page size for ex: dina4 to dina3 etc then go for printing

If you mean the feed from the label printer did not match the new landscape size, you need to re calibrate the printer

Right click on the printer icon --> properties --> Printing preference --> Advanced setup and press calibrate
