Can CR 10.5 and CR XI runtimes coexist?

Now that I have confirmation that CR XI doesn't work with Visual Studio 2008 I need to know if the CR 10.5 runtime can coexist with the CR XI runtime? I've seen that CR 2008 can coexist with CR XI but I couldn't find a post regarding XI and 10.5.

We're having some difficulty getting this working so if it is possible is there a technique to making it work? Do we need to install the runtimes in a certain order?

I thought we had the proper redistributable for the 10.5 runtime (x86) but maybe we don't. Where can that be downloaded?
