Control not saving in SAP Process Control,

Hello guru, I'm having issues with my control in process control 10.1, each time I save it after all the necessary attributes have selected, by the time I reopen it, it would have change back to process step. I've check all the related BC set still not working, Kindly assist.

Check the infotypes customizing entries for 5304. For cross regulation we need to have blank entries for STy. field.

This is essential setting and needs to be done object types P2 and P5. Execute the transaction OOIT and go to the infotype 5304 and click on time constraint.

Add the entries and recheck the issue
