This is Service desk setup. Smartform using is CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01.
When Iam raising a support message then the description of the smartform contains the Long text as well as the subject what I hv entered in the support message.
So subject is coming twice in the smatrform in short text as well as in Long text.
I want to delete the subject text from the Long text section.
Plz suggest how can I delete this subject from Long text section.
