MD04 new tab under Period totals

Hello Gurus ,

I am looking to add a new tab under the period totals in MD04 as in the attached image.Looking forward to know how to do this .

Hello

There is no standard exit of BAdI to add a custom tab in MD04 and you have to modify the standard screens to do it.
The options would be to include additional columns using a BAdI (see blog https://blogs.sap.com/2013/08/12/badis-for-mrp/ for the available BAdIs) or to add a custom screen in the header details (see transaction OMIO).

I am not looking to add new columns / create ZMD04 . I am looking to have this as a subscreen/tab within MD04 itself.

Unable to find a way out . Any help would be appreciated .

Hello,

You can use customer exit M61X0002 to program company-specific additional information in your own columns for the display of the MRP list and the stock/requirements list.

You can define that additional data fills each of up to three columns in the display of the individual lines and the period totals.

Hello Shari,

The display of MD04 you right now see is standard SAP layout.

But if you want to add a new tab then create the ZMD04 and add a new tab. You can check with your technical team for same.

Alternate
If you want to display total requirement you can check --> Environment tab --> Total Requirement display. Or you can check same in MD73 as well.
