Why check "Deliv.Compl." does not find in my PO creation? (Field ELIKZ)

Dear friends,

When I try to create a PO using t-code ME21N in my item details of "Delivery"....I can´t find the check "Deliv.Cpl." How is it possible??

I´ve been cheking transaction OMCD and OLMB (Plant parameters),...but nothing to make appear again that check-box in my ME21N.

Hi,

For service POs we will be doing the service entry sheets.Not the GR.Delivery completed indicator is for GRs.May be this could be the reason?

Hello to everyone,

Solution for this proposal is using note 735404. Here you can read that indicator is hidden by SAP standard normal behavior.

But as the note says...it is possible to be customized.

Finally I found a solution to my problem using transaction OMF4 as Kunal told me in his post but using selection field "PT9F"- Service item, PO and then by clicking in GR/IR control you have to put the flag on "Delivery completed" indicator as optional!!!!

here clcik on NBF then GR/IR control

here tick "Delivery completed" indicator as optional entry

If you create SERVICE po with item catergory "D"

Delivery Tab : Delivery indicator is not there?

Creating my purchase order with any account assignment category, it´s ok but when combine this account assignment category item with the next field "item category" (field EPSTP) SERVICE!!!!!....the problem occurs and automatically field ELIKZ "Deliv.Compl." goes away and dissapear!

Any other help friends or should I send this issue to the hell?

In SAP ME21n the field ELIKZ- Delivery Completed" Indicator is avilable in Delivery Tab.

OMCD in this transaction you can set default delivery indicator - this indicator is set, the system suggests the "delivery completed" indicator as a default value when a goods receipt is posted with reference to a purchase order or order (provided that the quantity delivered falls within the under/overdelivery tolerances).

You need to check the field selection goup screen -Screen layout for Purchase order

Thanks for you help Sunny but question is not solved yet.

I know that field is located in delivery tab of ME21n but currently is not there!

I´ve been checking before t-code OMF4 too but impossible to put back that field in the tab.

If you enter at OMF4 in GR/IR control...nothing to do related to my problem....and with other fields you can only put as "display mode", "mandatory" or "optional"....

I feel so frustated...
