SD/MM Condition types in GST.

While migrating from Taxinj to Taxinn , we had used the same condition types

for eg : for VAT : JIN6, JI06

CST: JIN1

For Excise : JMOD and so on

In the GST scenario since there will be no VAT / CST etc, for CGST/SGST/IGST, will it be mandatory to use the new Condition types for eg : JOCG,JOSG, JOIG or can the old condition types still be used..

Answers would be appreciated

Hi Vishwajit,

While doing the conversion from Taxinj to Taxinn , we retained the same condition types for VAT/ CST.

for Excise however in addition to the existing ones we added JEXP and JEXQ also .

What is the issue that you are facing?

Hi Nivedita,

Thanks for reply!

Actually i have just changed UTXJ and replaced with new condition type JASS. All other conditions like JMOD,JIN1(CST), JIN6(VAT) i have kept same in all SD pricing procedure. Is it ok and will help if GST is applied.

My question is how you handled Return Sales(mainly pricing that will pick in return order) if you have the scenario.(RE(order)-->PGR-->RE(credit memo).

Kindly advice!

(if discussing here is ok here else can v communicate on mail if i am violating any forum rules)

Thanks,
