Hi

Here is client requirement that system calculate How to Use, Consume or Cut Mother-coil that it should generate minimum scrap.

Purpose is maximum output with minimum scrap or wastage.

Please provide solution in S4Hana 1709

Hi

You can use BOM scrap and material master scrap, and even when confirming the order you can give the scraped qty. If you want to have minimum scrap you have to ask the engineer about the product and process engineering. You have to create BOM with scrap percentage and fine tune the scrap to get minimized.
