Is e-mail signature possible in SAP Cloud for Customer?

Greetings,

We're implementing SAP Cloud for Customer for one of our clients. We have done Microsoft Outlook integration and our business users want to use their e-mail signatures while they're sending out e-mails to accounts in SAP Cloud for Customer.

We wonder if this is possible in SAP Cloud for Customer

    We have a new feature in 1905 release where users can set up their Signature for emails under Settings->My Email Settings.

    To be able to select Signature here, business user/role should have the access to either Sales-> Templates view or Service ->Templates view.

    As per my understanding and, also as per C4C Services guide 1808, this is not possible (yet!).

    We want to create/set up a signature. I am able to find the view where to select the signatures, but currently we do not have one. Can you tell me how to create/set up a signature?

    Hi Arthur & Alejandro,

    Thanks for the replies. By saying "signatures", though, I mean HTML signatures we use in Microsoft Outlook (those our HTML company signatures, not free drawings that we use in sales quotations in SAP Cloud for Sales)

    Is that sill not possible?

    Hi Hakan,

    I have been looking at 1811 improvements and my previous answer is now obsolete ;) as signature corporate/personal has now been introduced into Email editor. The signature can be defined in the template workcenter. However, it is still pending the feature that will automatically add the signature, currently this needs to be added manually by clicking on the pen icon (Select Signature). At this point, this feature just speeds up a bit agent work as they do not need to be copy/pasting their signature but still some more space to be improved as we can't still add it automatically.

    Hi Irena,

    you would need to create a signature template in Service > Templates

    and then it would show in My email - it would show in selection to add
