Bonus calculation related to attendance

Dear Expert,

we have to calculate bonus under those conditions;

a) Time Bonus. (Attendance check for a month.)

Less than or equal to 40k Salaried employees

  • Conditions
  • Staff
  • Labor
    • 0 Absent
  • 25%
  • 30%
    • Half day or 1 day Absent
  • 15%
  • 15%
    • More than 1 Absent
  • 0%
  • 0%
  • Greater than 40k Salaried employees

    • Conditions
  • Staff
    • 0 Absent
  • 10,000
    • Half day or 1 day Absent
  • 5,000
    • More than 1 Absent
  • 0

  • Kindly help to resolve.

    Hello Nazia,

    Please study your current Time Evaluation PCRs and how/where they are called in your Time Evaluation Schema, and try to create the required PCR. Then do the same for Payroll Calculation.

    If you have problems, post your PCR, mention by what Function it is called, and the Inputs it is processing, and I or someone else will try to help you to resolve the problem.

    Look at the current information available in your Time Evaluation (t-code PT_CLSTB2), and create a Time Evaluation PCR to generate an Information WT in Table ZL on the first day of every month, so that the Bonus could be calculated accordingly.

    For example, generate WT 9BON with HRS=X (the number of Absence Days in the preceeding Month).

    In Payroll Processing, you will then be able to Query the employee's WPPB and the value of the WT to generate the appropriate payment.
