I am implementing the Objective and Setting Appraisal (OSA)
We have appraisals of employee to chief and of chief to employee. We not are using appraisal 360º degree.
We have appraisal with critical group (Objective, Compentence and Plan development).
The company want that the manager can display an average of the appraisals that his employee did to this.
This is posible using setting standard?
The company use the appraisal of the employee appraising the chief, and chief appraising employee.
Average of the compenteces evaluated by the chief for all his/her employee.
The manager have that display the average by competence of all appraisals that have for a period.
ie.
Appraisal nº 1. Chief 1 - Employee 1.
Compentence A = 7.2
Compentence A = 3.4
Total apprasal 1 = 5.3
Appraisal nº 2. Chief 1 - Employee 2.
Compentence A = 3.0
Compentence A = 7.0
Total apprasal 1 = 5.0
Total APPRAISAL CHIEF1 = 5.1 (Competence A Appraisal1 + Competence A Appraisal2) / 2
