LIS - Filed not visible in MC19

Hi - I am trying to add a new custom field to an already existing infor sturcture.

I appended the new field(eg:ZZVAL1) to the structure ZMCEKPOUSR, which is a part of MCEKPO. I activated the structure.

When I go to MC19 to change the field catalog to add this new field, I do no see this field in the list of key figures. I am not sure if I am missing any steps. Any guidance will help.
