Admin tools / Query Builder in CRS 2008 V1

Hi,

Does anyone know how to access query builder in Admin tools in CRS 2008 V1?

http://<hostname>:<port>/AdminTools/querybuilder/ie.jsp worked in CRS 2008 V0 and it no longer works in V1. I have used WACS for the web-server. Do I have to make any configuration updates to access this tool?
