Adaptive Server Enterprise DBPROPERTIES not found. Specify owner.objectname

Hi sap gurus,

I´m making upgrade from Ehp 7 to Ehp 8, but I got the following error:

I check R3trans -x and -d and the system is up, and I have no problem about it, but also the objects doesn´t exists en DB, so I don´t find some answer how to fix this error and can continue, anyone tell me what can I do?
