Port 3200 closes a few seconds after SAP starts

Hi i have a restore backup (recovery with initialization) and start sap, and do not open ports 3200, 3299, 3300.

I restarted the server

I restarted the application

I am unable to connect through SAP Logon 7.10 in Windows to the Linux system as I have in the past. My server has no firewall

DB type: MaxDB 7.6.03

Kerel SAP: NW_7.0_SR3

OS: RedHat 5 X86_64

Did the system come up properly?

Check

dev_disp

dev_w0

in the work directory of the instance.
